SEAN P. SHEPPARD, SHEPPARD FIRM, P.A., in Fort Lauderdale, practices in the areas of real estate and contract litigation, family law litigation, criminal proceedings, and general civil litigation. Mr. Sheppard has extensive trial experience, having handled hundreds of contested trials before judges and juries. In addition to his trial experience, he has personally handled over sixty appeals, including appeals before The Florida Supreme Court.
After receiving his law degree, Mr. Sheppard spent four and a half years as a judge advocate general in the U.S. Navy, serving as both a legal assistance attorney and criminal defense attorney. He is admitted to practice in Florida and New York, and is authorized to practice before all U.S. Federal Districts Courts within the State of Florida. Mr. Sheppard received his bachelor’s degree from Stockton State College (New Jersey) and his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, where he was a Member of the Law Review.
Mr. Sheppard is married, has four children, is a resident of Broward County, and attends Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale.
